Every BGA rework station is fully inspected and professionally packed before shipment. We strictly follow standardized packaging procedures to avoid damage, collision and missing parts during transportation, ensuring plug-and-play usability for every customer.
After complete debugging and functional testing, all precision core components — including heating modules, temperature control panels and camera lenses — are carefully protected against dust, scratches and abrasion.
The whole machine is wrapped with protective fabric to prevent internal parts from loosening or shifting due to vibration during long-distance transportation. All accessories, wires, tools and user manuals are sorted and fully supplied without any omissions.
Our equipment is packed in wooden crates. Inside each crate, custom wooden strips are applied for double reinforcement. A tailor-made wooden cover is installed to seal the crate,maximizing safety during logistics transportation.
