1. Place the machine on wooden base
Stably transfer the whole machine onto a customized solid wooden base. The sturdy pallet bears the weight of equipment evenly to avoid abrasion at the bottom and build a stable placement foundation.
2. Fix machine with stretch film
Wrap the whole machine tightly with stretch film to fit the outline completely. It can fix the equipment structure firmly, prevent component displacement and scratch during handling, as well as isolate dust and moisture.
3. Enclose and fix side wooden boards
Install thickened wooden boards vertically around four sides of the base, fasten all boards tightly by lock catches to form a rigid outer protective frame.
4. Add inner support strips to limit shaking
Install two horizontal wooden support strips inside the wooden case to fill gaps around the machine. The strips restrict random movement of equipment effectively and avoid collision caused by bumpy long-distance transportation.
5. Seal the top cover
Close and lock the wooden top cover tightly to finish the whole packing process. Every step from load-bearing base, surface protection to internal anti-shake reinforcement is strictly controlled, which greatly reduces risks of bump and extrusion during international logistics and ensures intact delivery.
