4. Payment and Pricing

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

• Payment terms are agreed upon before order confirmation

• Different pricing applies for wholesale, OEM/ODM, and retail orders

• All prices exclude shipping, taxes, and customs duties unless specified

• Payment must be received before product shipment

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and product availability

• Risk of loss and title pass to buyer upon delivery to carrier

• International shipping is subject to customs regulations and potential delays

• Buyer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees

• Damaged or lost shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

6. Returns and Refunds

• Returns must be authorized in advance by our customer service team

• Products must be in original condition with all packaging and accessories

• Custom or modified products are not eligible for return

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving returned items

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content, product designs, and documentation are protected by copyright

• Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission

• Product names, logos, and trademarks remain our property

• OEM/ODM customers receive limited rights as specified in separate agreements

• Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Products are sold "as is" with no warranties beyond those explicitly stated

• Customers use products at their own risk and responsibility

9. Privacy and Data Protection

• Customer information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy

• We implement appropriate security measures to protect personal data

• Customer data may be shared with shipping partners and payment processors as necessary

• Customers have the right to request access to or deletion of their personal data

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China

• Disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Shenzhen, Guangdong Province

• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the terms remain in effect

• These terms supersede all previous agreements between the parties
